This form is to be used by IHIC 2019 participants to register for the conference. Participants of Integraton (testing teams members) and all IHIC 2019 speakers please DO NOT fill in the registration form, but use
the contact form instead.
The online registration fee (available till 18th of October only) is 1060 PLN (ca. 245 €) and HL7 members receive 25% discount. The social event on Tuesday, 22nd October 2019 costs additional 185 PLN (ca. 45 €). We do accept payments by major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online or wire transfer from selected banks, Blik and selected digital wallets (Google Pay, Visa Checkout, Masterpass). If you want to use other method of payment or to cancel your registration please use the contact form.
All payments are transferred to HL7 Poland (Polskie Stowarzyszenie HL7), the main organizer of IHIC 2019. Please visit https://hl7.org.pl/ for more information.
Invoice for the total amount of --- PLN will be sent by email.
